Nursery Park Formulary Guidelines

INTRODUCTION

Juzo are delighted to be listed on the this Formulary.

These  recommendations consist of an agreed limited list of hosiery with specific prescribing advice used throughout the area including GP’s, Practice Nurses and Nursing Homes promoting rational prescribing by encouraging the safe, effective, appropriate and economic use of therapies.

Decisions about the use of a particular product were made after considering the efficacy, safety, patient acceptability and cost of the product.as well as current clinical opinion, clinical effectiveness, evaluations and current research including randomised controlled trials.
